Preperation instructions vary based on the specific pest, environmental factors, situational characteristics and treatment type or methods. Treatment preperation instructions will be communicated before the exterminator arrives to perform the service.

Depending on the pest and the treatment type or method you may be required to leave the home during treatment and for four (4) hours post treatment. This is in accordance with the law as outlined by the Ministry of the Environment and Health Canada.
